  Apt 2 is on the second floor and also has a loft. It is a very spacious apartment. There are 3 bedrooms plus a loft, large sunroom, laundry room with washer/dryer, eat in kitchen with dishwasher and fully equipped. There are two bathrooms, one with a heart shaped whirlpool tub and  the other with a tub and separate shower. In one bedroom there is 2 double beds (very large bedroom) another has 2 twin beds and the 3rd has 1 double bed. The loft has a double pullout couch and the living room has a  twin  pullout  couch. There is a 2 way  fireplace(not used) and a bar in the living room and a separate dinig room. There are 2 window a/c units , 2 TV's with cable\and a DVD player.   A/C units in each bedroom.  Large A/C unit in livingroom.  Free Wi-Fi Internet access.  shared in-ground swimming pool with expansive deck (opens the last week in June)  Group Rates:  $2000 for Fri - Sun(Weekends Only) .  Plus $1,000 refundable security deposit.  Memorial Day weekend $2,500.
Family Rates: $2000 (Mom, Dad, Children)  -Weekly only for prime season; preference to families.
